During the migration to Microsoft Dynamics, our new Customer Relationship Management tool, the team was goaded on through a sports-themed challenge.

The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics was a significant change for our company, and we wanted to make sure that everyone was motivated and ready for the challenge. To make the change more enjoyable, we decided to embrace a sports theme.

To get everyone in the spirit, we asked all team members, including the top management, to dress in sportswear. One of the activities we enjoyed was the jumping-rope challenge. We counted who could make the most jumps in one go! This was a fun way to get everyone moving and working together. After the activity, we served pizza for lunch. We wanted everyone to refuel and relax. To help everyone recover, the company provided massages for all team members.

We believe that embracing change and working together towards a common goal was essential for success. By taking on this sports-themed challenge, we were able to unite as a team and tackle this implementation with enthusiasm and energy. We embraced the change and had some fun along the way!
