Unconscious biases are considered to be the biggest barriers to more diversity in a company. They can significantly influence our (personnel) decisions and our everyday work. We overestimate or underestimate people's competencies or prefer people who are similar to us.

In our Unconscious Bias Training, our employees and managers learn about different types of bias and where they classically occur in work life. They review their own biases and are given concrete strategies on how to break through them. This ultimately helps them to make better decisions and to create an open corporate culture.
