We strive to create an open and affable atmosphere at our interviews. After all, we would like to get to know you as a person and discover why you have applied for employment with us. Naturally, we also ask technical questions about the position you are seeking or about your specialisms, as well as questions about your CV and career goals. In the event of a positive outcome to the selection process, we offer you an employment or training contract and, once you have agreed it, welcome you as a new colleague.
Your questions. Our answers.

How do I best prepare myself for the interview? What should I be expected to know?
You should find out about your intended career field and ideally make yourself familiar with the basic contents of the training and study courses, the course framework and qualifications you seek. What do you look for in the application?
First we look for clearly set out application documents. In addition to your references, we seek to discover, usually no later than at the first interview, what motivated you to make the application. Why did you choose DKV? Why does this particular course of study and career appeal to you? We would like to build up a comprehensive picture of you. To do this, we ask questions about your interests and activities outside school. Finally, it is important to us that you appear authentic. We appreciate that you may be slightly nervous, and that this is quite normal in these situations. Keep in mind that we would like to get to know what you are like as a person, just as you are judging us as a potential trainer for your future career.
