Um Ihre Ladeinfrastruktur ohne Einschränkungen verwalten zu können, empfiehlt DKV Mobility, diese folgendermaßen mit dem DKV Mobility Backend zu verbinden:

Mobilfunknetz:

Für den Betrieb einer Ladestation über das Mobilfunknetz wird eine SIM-Karte benötigt.

  • Verwenden Sie eine SIM-Karte pro Standalone/Master Ladestation (Standard).
  • Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass die Mobilfunkverbindung am Standort der Ladestation ausreichend ist, da DKV keine Gewährleistung für eine unzureichende Verbindung übernimmt.

So prüfen Sie die Mobilfunkverbindung vor Ort:

Nutzen Sie Ihr Smartphone, um die Signalstärke direkt an der Ladestation zu testen. Die Anleitung enthält Schritt-für-Schritt-Anweisungen für Android- und iOS-Geräte und hilft Ihnen, die Signalstärke (in dBm) korrekt zu interpretieren.

Ein Wert über –89 dBm gilt als Mindestanforderung. Liegt die Signalstärke darunter, sollten Sie Alternativen wie WLAN oder LAN in Betracht ziehen.

LAN/WLAN:

  • Ports 443, 20 und 21 freigeben: Keine Einschränkungen.
  • Port 443 freigeben: DKV Mobility kann weder die Firmware verwalten noch Diagnostics herunterladen. Binden Sie Ihre Ladestationen nur so an, wenn Sie die Firmware selbst verwalten und bei Bedarf Diagnostics bereitstellen wollen.

Vermeiden Sie Netzwerkkonfigurationen, bei denen ein Proxy-Server OCPP-Nachrichten manipuliert, da dies unsere Integrationsprozesse stören kann. Häufig werden OCPP-Proxys in Verbindung mit lokalen Lastmanagements eingesetzt.

Lokales Lastmanagement:

Wenn Sie ein lokales Lastmanagement nutzen, beachten Sie bitte folgendes:

  • Modbus TCP kann je nach Ladestationsmodell parallel zu einer Mobilfunkverbindung betrieben werden oder über die gleiche Schnittstelle, über die auch das DKV Mobility-Backend angebunden ist.
  • Überprüfen Sie die Möglichkeiten mit Ihrem Hardwarelieferanten. Beachten Sie, dass die Fehlerdiagnose in solchen Setups schwierig ist.
  • DKV Mobility leistet nur Support, wenn sich der Fehler eindeutig auf die Autorisierung von Ladevorgängen zurückführen lässt.
  • DKV Mobility unterstützt keine lokalen Lastmanagementsysteme, die als OCPP-Proxys fungieren. Wechseln Sie nach Möglichkeit zu Modbus TCP und konsultieren Sie uns gerne für Alternativen, falls erforderlich.
