Based in Noordwijkerhout, DKV Euro Service B.V. offers a complete mobility solution for the business market in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom and Ireland. Together with the Specialty Sales Team, you are the point of contact for our customers and our Sales Representatives regarding questions or requests about refund services and dedicate Finance topics (Fraud, specific customers, etc.). You support our existing customers to reclaim foreign VAT, you sell our refund service to new customers and answer finance related topics that the 1st line team has forwarded to you. In addition, you also support the the team with day-to-day questions relating to tariffs, toll boxes, fuel cards or fines.

Your duties include the following tasks:

• Telephone point of contact for customers and field sales colleagues
• Answering customer questions/requests by e-mail
• Implementing changes in CRM systems
• Act as liaison between customer and the Field Sales Team
• Advising customers on solutions
• Supporting sales through upselling

• Availability minimum 32 hours per week (maximum 40 hours)
• At least a completed MBO education (or similar)
• Ability to assess situations and translate them into concrete actions within existing processes
• Advanced communicative skills
• Approachable and keeping an overview: You know how to pick things up and complete them, but you also know where action needs to be taken or how processes can be improved.
• Fluent Dutch and English in word and writing. French and/or German is an advantage
