The Marketing Specialist is the contact person for the Headquarter and for the External Agency with the aim to implement and monitor the following processes: lead generation, external media communication , internal communication, data analysis.
In particular the Marketing Specialist is involved in:
- Coordination and implementation of local marketing activities (e.g. press releases, interviews, publications in general)
- Web site content creation in coordination with HQ
- Implementation of the editorial plan on social media in coordination with HQ
- Creation of DEM for Customer in coordination with local management
- Contact person for lead generator provider (lead quality check )
- Management of Internal communication (ex: internal Newsletter) in coordination with local management
- Performance data Analysis of the different sales channels
