As HR Generalist you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the management of the employees life cycle in Italy.

You will give a valuable support in:

• Recruitment of junior profiles (collection of needs, elaboration of job descriptions, job posting, interviews)
• Employees onboarding and offboarding  (preparation of documentation, account activation)
• HR database up-to-date maintenance & reporting
• Payroll processing (collection and input of variable data)

• Trainings operative management 
• Welfare platform and various benefits operative management  (e.g. meal voucher, health insurance)
• H&S measures
• Company events organization (e.g. Christmas parties, team building and special events)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2)
• MS office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
• Proactivity , flexibility, curiosity, creativity and kindness
• Team player
